Reuben is a security professional with nearly 30 years of experience in various positions. He joined Paragon in 2008 and has made tremendous contributions to Paragon’s growth and customer retention in the residential division. With a proven ability to build new teams, Reuben leads them to success.
He has been instrumental in coaching his team and delivering a first-class customer service and satisfaction program at Paragon.
Reuben is a life-long professional learner and has completed many business and industry related certification programs including a mini-MBA from Schulich School of Business.

Jason joined Paragon in 2008 as a security guard, with most of his time spent in a residential environment.
Early on he demonstrated the qualities of a leader which propelled him to become the supervisor of a large condominium team. He advanced to become a trainer with the Paragon Academy where he specialized in Customer Service and Residential Training, then expanded his knowledge and expertise by taking a role in recruiting and assisted with scheduling to ensure a full understanding of operations and staffing levels. Jason has developed and implemented a Learning Management Software to provide Security Guard and Concierge personnel an opportunity to learn, expand, and refresh their knowledge through e-learning.
Currently a Client Service Director at Paragon, Jason is responsible for process improvements as well as supporting his team with strategies for successful client engagements, managing accounts, and personnel to ensure that Paragon meets the everchanging needs of each property.
Jason is a graduate of a diploma program related to Law Enforcement and holds designations from IFPO for Certified Protection Officer (CPO) and CSPN for Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS).

Sepand, a formally educated and trained industrial engineer, began his career in the security industry by joining Paragon in 2010.
Excelling at all assigned roles and responsibilities, Sepand rose quickly through the ranks of security personnel and security supervisor. He quickly and expertly assumed his current role as a Client Service Director, responsible for managing accounts and strategies for successful client engagements. He oversees locating, hiring, and employee training to ensure the suitable guards are hired for the right location.
Sepand attended Ryerson University and graduated in Project Management, has obtained his Schulich School of Business Mini – MBA, and has applied for an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

Gurmit Kaler is a Client Service Director who strives to build trust and long-term relationships with our clients and employees. He believes your success is his success.
He is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in police studies. Gurmit joined Paragon in 2012. Throughout his career he has excelled in roles ranging from security guard and mobile supervisor to scheduler.
Holding certifications including Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED), and MLEO with the cities of Toronto and Mississauga. He is committed to ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property through continuous learning and development in the industry.

Wayne embarked on his career in the security industry in 2015, initially taking on the roles of a security guard and communications operator for a prominent security provider. Wayne's dedication and competence was quickly acknowledged, leading to his promotion to Operations Supervisor, where he oversaw security functions at various sites. As Wayne continued to gain experience, knowledge, and personal growth, he eventually assumed the role and responsibilities of Portfolio Resource Coordinator.
In 2018, Wayne joined Paragon following his graduation in 2016 with an Honors BA in Law & Society and a minor in Criminology. His commitment and hard work earned him the position of Client Service Director within the Residential division. In this role, Wayne currently manages security operations at assigned client locations, maintains client relationships, ensures service delivery meets contract agreements and performance standards, and oversees the hiring and training of employees for specific accounts. Additionally, he collaborates closely with clients to uphold contractual obligations.
Wayne possesses a Law Enforcement Certificate and holds certifications such as the Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS) from CSPN and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) from the National Institute of Crime Prevention. He has also completed management-related courses at the Schulich School of Business and successfully finished the Approaches to Risk Assessment Processes and Tools workshop, aligning himself with recognized standard bodies like the American National Standard Institute and ASIS International Inc.
